Find the Vehicle & Confirm the Order

Search your required car from high quality Japanese used vehicles ready to export at fair prices in our stock list. Check all photos and complete vehicle details, specifications and inspection sheet to know actual vehicle condition.

STEP 2

Negotiate with Sales staff

Contact our sales staff and confirm the availability of the unit. Our salesperson will get in touch with you and make the deal.

STEP 3

Confirm Order & Receive Invoice

After the order confirmation, we will send you an Invoice with our Bank details and final amount you need to pay to import the vehicle at your destination country.

STEP 4

Make Payment

Please complete the payment by Bank Telegraphic Transfer in our bank account. When you have completed the payment, please send us the copy of Telegraphic Transfer. We will check and send you email confirming your payment in our account.

STEP 5

Shipment & Documentation

Once full payment is received, we will immediately start export arrangements from earliest shipment available. All Required documents will be couriered to you or your agent a few days after ship leaves Japan to make sure that documents are received in time.

STEP 6

Get Your Vehicle

Receive & get your vehicle registered in your country. You can hire a clearing agent to complete all import procedures and assist you on the fees and taxes to be paid while custom clearance. Complete the procedures and enjoy your New Vehicle

STEP 1

Deposit

Make a deposit of 80,000jpy to get the auction access.

STEP 2

Register yourself to get access to enter Auction Houses

Please fill in all the necessary details on the Member Registration Form, then click the Register Now button.

STEP 3

Advance Deposit

Make an advance deposit to Bid for the vehicle you want to buy from the auction. Deposit will depend upon the price of the vehicle as mentioned below: Click here...

STEP 4

Auction Stock

Choose your required vehicle from our auction stock list and place the Bid using the Make Bid form. We will receive your bid request and will make the bid in the Auction on your behalf.

STEP 5

Once you win the Bid, we will send you Proforma Invoice.

Or, if the bidding does not get successful, security deposit is returned back or use it for the next bidding.

STEP 6

Bank Transfer

You have to transfer the balance amount within 5 days from receiving the invoice in our Japan Bank Account by Telegraphic Transfer. Please provide us the Bank transfer slip as a proof of payment.

STEP 7

Full Payment

Once full payment is received, we will immediately start export arrangements from earliest shipment available. All Required documents will be couriered to you or your agent a few days after ship leaves Japan to make sure that documents are received in time.

STEP 8

Fee And Taxes

Once you receive the documents, you can collect and register the vehicle in your country. A clearing agent can help you to complete the procedure and give you an indication on the fee and taxes to be paid. Complete the procedures and enjoy your New Vehicle.
